Through our applications: Softigrity apps are designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from users of our mobile applications. This includes:

No device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
No location data of any kind
No behavioral analytics, usage logs, or browsing history
No financial data (all billing is handled by Google Play or Apple App Store)

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Some Softigrity applications store your preferences and usage data locally on your device — for example, your personal goals, habit streaks, or in-app settings. This data:

Is not accessible to Softigrity or any third party
Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application

Softigrity has no ability to access, view, recover, or restore any locally stored user data at any time.

5. AI-Powered Features and Third-Party Services

Some Softigrity applications use third-party AI services to power in-app features. When you interact with an AI feature (such as AI coaching in Unhook), the content of your messages may be transmitted to the relevant AI service provider solely to generate a response.

Softigrity does not retain, log, or store your AI conversation content on any Softigrity server
Your data is not used to train any AI model by Softigrity or any third party on our behalf
Third-party AI providers are governed by their own privacy policies

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party providers used within our apps. You may opt not to use AI-powered features — core functionality remains fully available without them.

For users of our mobile applications: because no personal data is transmitted to Softigrity, you retain full control at all times. Uninstalling the application permanently removes all locally stored data.
